Ginny Chu, MBT, CPA | Partner

Ginny Chu is a Certified Public Accountant with a Master of Business Taxation from the University of Southern California. She has a strong background in tax and accounting, with experience in both public accounting and corporate environments. Prior to joining JSL, Ginny worked in corporate accounting for a publicly traded company and spent several years in the tax services practices of Ernst & Young and KPMG. Her areas of expertise include fund accounting, wealth and asset management, and multi-state tax compliance.

Lila Li, MSA, CPA | Partner

Lila Li is a Certified Public Accountant with extensive audit experience rooted in her tenure as an Audit Manager at Ernst & Young. She has served a wide range of f inancial services clients, including broker-dealers, banks, and registered investment advisors. Lila brings strong technical expertise and practical insight into complex matters such as mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings (IPOs), and debt restructurings and modifications. She is committed to delivering high-quality audit services and providing thoughtful, reliable support throughout complex transactions and capital-raising initiatives.

Christopher Guo, MBA, CPA | Partner

Christopher Guo is a Certified Public Accountant with an MBA and extensive hands-on experience in complex international taxation. He specializes in cross-border transaction structuring, global tax compliance, and international tax planning. Christopher has a deep understanding of the business models and tax considerations relevant to e-commerce companies and provides practical, risk-focused tax strategies for fast-growing, cross-border businesses.

Jennifer L. Rammell, MBT, CPA | Director

Jennifer Rammell is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 34 years of experience providing audit, tax, and accounting services. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from California State University, Fullerton, and a Master of Business Taxation from Golden Gate University. Jennifer brings deep expertise in escrow audits and regulatory compliance. She is an active member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Escrow Institute of California.
